May 20th Outage (Investigating)

We have lost connection with one of our cabinets at the data center. We are currently investigating the cause and will update this issue when more information becomes available.
UPDATE: 12:20 PM CDT - The data center has said they're investigating and that the issue does not seem to be isolated with our one cabinet. They will provide an update when they have more information.

cp4 server maintenance (Scheduled)
Greetings,
We apologize for the short notice, but we need to perform some maintenance to the server cp4.netwisp.com that will take its services offline. We expect the maintenance to last between 2 and 3 hours and will start at 11:30 PM CST on December 20th, 2024. Anyone who has a shared hosting account on this server will be affected by the maintenance. We will update this status when we start the maintenance and when its completed.
UPDATE 11:30 PM - We have started the maintenance and will update this issue when its completed.
UPDATE 2:00 AM - We have completed the maintenance and everything seems to be working.
