Starting at 10PM CST on Sunday, November 6th, 2022 we will start migrating all of our shared reseller account customers from their existing servers to new servers that have much faster processors, SSD storage and 2x the RAM. We will be doing accounts in batches starting at this time every night and expect it to take a week. We will be using cPanel's new live transfer feature so you shouldn't see any disruptions during these migrations. If you're on a dedicated IP or using external DNS, your IPs will also be moved so that you don't have to make any changes.
We will update this announcement as the migration progresses so that you can be aware of any issues that come up. Please contact us via the usual support channels if you have any questions and we'll be happy to answer them for you. Please note that during the migration , that once your account is migrated , you won't be able to log into cPanel through the client area until we have completed all the account transfers. You will have to log in directly. Once the migration is done, the client area connections will be updated with the new servers and the login buttons will work again.

UPDATE 3:00 AM Nov 11th - We have finished the fifth batch of accounts.
UPDATE 5:00 AM Nov 12th - We have finished the sixth batch of accounts.
UPDATE 4:20 AM Nov 13th - We have finished the final batch of accounts.
UPDATE 8:00 PM Nov 13th - We have now migrated over the shared IPs still being referenced by using external DNS
