Greetings,

 

While we have finally finished our move out of the 350 data center, we now have a lot of "cleanup" to do. Tthis announcement will cover the outstanding post data center migration issues and their progress:

Firstly, we were unable to properly migrate everyone before the cutoff which has left them in a non working state. We deeply regret that we were unable to complete this before the deadline and getting everyone reconfigured with their new IPs is now our top priority and we'll be working as quickly as possible today to get this done.

 

Secondly, we realized last night that while we had a backup spam filter system in place to cover the time our the primary spam filter was down during the move, it was not updated to forward mails to our new mail server IP. It sadly bounced all the emails when it found it couldn't forward them. We have resolved this issue and emails sent to us will once again get through. We'll be going through the mail server logs to reach out to those who tried to contact us for support during this transition. We'll make sure all concerns are quickly resolved. The same goes for any phone calls we missed during these last few days.

 

We will provide updates here with our progress on these issues and will add additional ones if we encounter them during the cleanup.

 

Thanks everyone for your patience and understanding during this transition. We know that due to the limited time we had for this migration, we have let some of you down due to the disruptions in service.
