Greetings,

Early this morning (January 31st, 2021) Spamcop, an anti-spam service organization owned by Cisco Systems, let their domain expire or get revoked which caused their anti-spam service to return false positives for any mail server check. Many mail servers and spam filters, including ours are configured to reject any emails flagged by Spamcop as a spam source. This has disrupted both inbound and outbound emails from our servers. While we are working to disable spamcop from being used to flag inbound emails, you may still experience problems when trying to email other people whose mail servers are still checking spamcop. Google's gmail for example had to remove the check from their spam filters as well to restore reliable email service. We will update this announcement when we've completed this task or have additional information to report.

UPDATE: 2 PM CST (-6 GMT) - We've reconfigured all of our servers to not use spamcop when accepting emails. This should stop them from being rejected for failing the spamcop check. However, you may still have issues when mailing people if their mail server hasn't been updated. Just keep trying, either spamcop's renewal will get or the recipient's mail server will be updated to not check them.

Please let us know if you're still having any other issues with your email so we can help get them resolved.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in this matter.
