We apologize for the short notice, but we've started to receive notices for one of our cabinet's power distribution units (PDU) that it is failing. Therefore, we will be replacing the PDU starting at 12:30 AM CDT on Thursday, September 21st. Prior to the PDU removal, we will have to power down all the servers in the cabinet, and then power them back up afterwards. We expect the total downtime for everyone affected to be about 30 minutes, While we know any disruptions to your service is inconviencing, we hope that by taking care of it quickly it will avoid the risk of having a total failure happen during peak hours and results in a much greater downtime.
We will provide status updates here and in our forums as well during the progress of the maintenance.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the updates.
As always, thank you for your patience and understanding while we take these steps to ensure that you have reliable web hosting with us.
