Greetings,

For a period of time now, we've been having problems with cp3.netwisp.com crashing due to kernel panics. During this time, we've been working with CloudLinux for the cause and they feel based on the crash reports that its from a memory stick that is failing. Although the server had been up for 270 days prior to these recent issues without a reboot and that the server's logs does not report any ECC memory errors, we are going to swap out the server hosting everyone to try and resolve the issue. We have been running stress tests on the new server to help try to make sure that the new server won't have any issues.

We will start the swap at around 4:30 AM CDT and hope to be completed within 30 minutes. We will update this announcement when its been completed.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this mantenance and we'll be happy to answer them.

We thank everyone for their patience and understanding the past few weeks while we've been working to try and resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

UPDATE: 5:05 AM CDT - We have completed the server swap and cp3.netwisp.com is back up and running. Please let us know if you notice any issues so we can get them resolved. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

UPDATE  5:45 AM CDT - We've fixed the routing for the server's IPs after the switch. All sites should be operational now.
